5-Day Kilimanjaro Climb- Marangu Route

Marangu Route

The Marangu Route, often nicknamed the “Coca-Cola Route,” is the oldest and most established path to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro. Unlike other routes, Marangu offers permanent hut accommodation rather than tents, making it ideal for trekkers seeking added comfort. While it is the shortest route to the summit, its rapid ascent profile makes acclimatization more challenging — suitable for physically fit, experienced hikers. AFRILION Expeditions ensures a safe, well-supported climb with skilled mountain guides, experienced porters, and a deep commitment to your summit success.
